Maternity Transition Pieces For Spring

Second pregnancy = give me ALL the compy clothes! I was not expecting to get my maternity wardrobe up and running so fast, but man, it’s been weeks in my maternity clothes and I am loving it!

I am a super picky person with my personal style, the way things fit on me, the cut, not to tight, but not to lose, has to fit just right across my narrow shoulders but be wide enough for my wide hips, ugh. It can be a struggle. Especially pregnant!

But I’ve found a few tried and true pieces for me going into the spring and I can’t wait to share them with you!

I’m a dress girl all the way. I love the fact that I can reach into my closet, pick out one dress and be done. No bottoms, no shirt, no fuss! That’s my type of wardrobe. So I’ve picked out my favorite maternity spring transition pieces and I hope you love them as much as I do.

  • 1. Maternity Elbow Sleeve DressThis dress just speaks femininity and poise to me. I love the color, the jersey knit fabric. I think paired with a floral scarf it would be stunning!

  • 2. Maternity Striped Shirt DressThis is the dress dreams are made out of. I’m looking to be pregnant well into the heat of summer and I desperately need cool, lightweight dresses like this one. The waistband isn’t too tight and the length hits just below my knee. Perfection.

  • 3. Maternity Floral Body-Con DressHello comfy cotton dress. So flattering and so comfortable. Once again a cool, short dress to get me through those hot summer months!

  • 4. Maternity Short Sleeve Botton Down ShirtAre you seeing a trend yet? Can you tell I am so into this pink color for spring? I think this would pair beautifully in the summer with white jeans/shorts as well!

  • 5. Maternity SweaterEveryone needs a maternity sweater and this one is so cute! I love that it’s just a comfy cozy sweater to throw over your outfit when the weather is still a little chilly. I have one similar to this and it’s absolutely perfect!

Pregnancy can be tough on so many different elements, in my opinion having items of clothing that you love and feel beautiful in are such a treat during these long months!
