If you follow me on Instagram you know I love to motivate other ladies to work out, move their bodies, and get outside and walk. It's such a passion of mine to walk! Running? Forget it!
I'm trying my best to stay in shape + strong during this pregnancy so I can approach birth with a healthy and strong body. I worked out during the entire pregnancy with Eric and had an amazing pregnancy + delivery so I'm hoping I can do the same with this one.
If you're like me, you hate scrolling forever on youtube, trying to find a workout. And what if they use equipment you don't have or make you exercise for an hour? So I've created a workout list for all my pregnant mammas out there that I have been using and LOVING! It seems there are so many more options on youtube for prenatal workouts this time around!
